Blueberry Hill

Today we picked blueberries (and blackberries) with friends at Blueberry Hill in Haughton, Louisiana. Where else can you get a pound of berries for $1.50? It's totally worth a couple hours in the heat. You don't even notice if you have friends to talk with. I came away with three pounds of blackberries and five pounds of blueberries...and the two dirtiest kids in the bunch. What can I say? They're sweaters, and they're both a little bit clumsy.
